​Reflexology applies pressure and various massage techniques to points-reflexes on your feet that correspond with the organs, glands, tissues and muscles in your body. This helps improve circulation of blood, oxygen and 'qi' around the body, relieving stress, pain and promotes healing, as well as feeling incredibly relaxing.

ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese method of natural healing by inserting extremely fine single use, sterile needles into certain points beneath the skin.  The Traditional Chinese theory explains acupuncture as a way of balancing the flow of energy (known as Qi, pronounced chee) through the body.   It aims to promote natural healing and to restore balance.

REIKI

Reiki is a Japanese natural healing technique that works on the premise that Universal life force energy flows through all of us.  If this energy becomes unbalanced or blocked, it is more likely that we become stressed and unwell.During a Reiki treatment the practitioner uses their hands to channel the energy to the patient to relax the mind, body and spirit.
