PERIMENOPAUSE

At around the age of 45-50 the naturally occurring perimenopausal transition most often starts, however it is very common to see those perimenopausal signs and symptoms a lot earlier.
Some are induced menopause due to hysterectomies or illness.  Whether its natural, early or chemical induced the menopause is something all women will go through at some point in their lives.
Hormones such as Oestrogen and Progesterone begin to fluctuate and drop during the perimenopausal phase causing many uncomfortable symptoms such as; hot flushes, night sweats, weight gain, bloating, fatigue, concentration difficulties, mood swings, anxiety, muscle cramps, headaches and more. Of course, not every woman is affected by these symptoms, it depends on your health, nutrition, lifestyle and to a certain degree your genes.
Treatment will often be a combination of Acupuncture, Reflexology, Reiki, stress management coaching, lifestyle advice including tweaks to and changes to diet.
Kristina provides you with a safe space to let go of anxieties and worries through this period of time whilst supporting you physically.
